Subject: CHESS Fri 13 November - are you coming?
Hi,
Looks like everyone is a bit too busy for volunteering to create an agenda...
Wondered if that meant some people will not be able to come on the day.
Thought maybe I'd test the water.
Friday 13 November 10:30-3:30.
10:00 in café for early arrivals?
Let us know if you will be arriving later.
Problems en route? My mobile is 07940 236731, Bryan Coleman's contact

Venue details (from Bryan):
booked a room (which can hold 18 people) from 10-4 on Friday 13th November.
It is in building 37 on this map:

People who have recently confirmed attendance:
1. Yana Tainsh
2. Stuart Walpole
3. Bryan Coleman
4. Sheenagh Hull
Sorry if I missed others. Some people agreed to the date in principle
originally - but things change (like loads of colleagues going off sick at
the same time!)- can people reconfirm?
Although I really want this to go ahead, I think we need more than four...
Best wishes,
Sheenagh

Subject: CHESS next meeting Fri 13 November
Hi Everyone.
Looking forward to seeing you on Friday 13 November - coming soon!
I don't think we have a formal agenda yet, but need some way to move things
forward from the last meeting, in a way we can manage while having rather
busy working lives.
I'm assuming that we will need to buy our own lunch at a nearby student café
(is that right Bryan?).
Shall we say a 10:30 start, and 3:30 finish if that suits most people?
Any volunteers for creating an agenda? Or just summarising where you think we
are at?
