For info.

Dear colleagues

JISC is developing a new publication on e-assessment – an extension to the previous effective practice document.

We’re looking for case studies from HEIs and FEIs on effective use of e-assessment. In particular, as the document is aimed at persuading new adopters, we’re not looking for the most technically cutting edge necessarily – rather, we’re looking for examples of successful use in day to day teaching and learning. Examples with large numbers of participating students are of interest as they could provide information about how to scale e-assessment, but we’re also interested in small scale single subject/course implementations where the pedagogy benefit is clear.

Participating would involve being interviewed for a written case study, and possibly filmed and recorded for a video and/or podcast (If you’re willing, of course!).

If you’d like to put your project forward, please drop me a line,

Thanks,

John

PS We already have information about projects from a) the recent JISC Advanced e-Assessment and Formative e-Assessment studies, the REAP project, and the Scottish e-Assessment awards so if you were part of those, there’s no need to get in touch as we have your details already.
