Hello Wayne:
I had a directory /usr/local/ccpnmr where the different versions were sitting:
1.0.15, 2.0.7 and 2.1. After upgrading a pre-compiled 2.1.0 to 2.1.1 I found
two directories: ccpnmr_2.1.0 and ccpnmr under /usr/local. The first directory
contained the old versions of CCPNMR and the second one had version 2.1.1
only. In my .cshrc the environment for ARIA is set to /usr/local/ccpnmr which
is not valid any more since the version 1 is now in /usr/local/ccpnmr_2.1.0.
Also, the scripts sitting in /usr/local/ccpnmr_2.1.0/bin will need to be modified.
I hope I do not miss other places where the environment variables will be
different after the update.
Cheers,
Vitaliy
