You can pop off and rearrange the keys on most keyboards and there is various free software out there that will allow you to reassign keys to different keys.

FAST's had a request from someone looking for a PC keyboard with the letters
laid out alphabetically (ie not the standard QWERTY layout) and with
numbers.
I've found this: http://www.abckeyboard.co.uk/ but although the website
looks active, there is no response to emails or phone calls to the number
given, and it looks as if the supplier is no longer around.
Has anyone got any suggestions?
Many thanks,
Pat
