Is the text nice and clear - as in, not too far away and faint, not too
skewed - clearly discernable as text?

Yeah, it's a jpg file that is a picture of some text. I'm thinking R&W
should be able to scan the jpg file, OCR it into usable text, and then
put the text into Word.
