We are looking at creating a new section in our library covering management skills and self/corporate awareness. Would library colleagues be able to suggest useful/current books, since we have very little on these topics at present.
General areas of interest will be time management, management skills, people management, negotiation and influencing, presentation skills, that sort of thing. We have an internal graduate training programme, and the new section is aimed at supporting the new skills learned on that course, but will be available for all staff to use.
All suggestions and advice much appreciated!
