Its buried among the toolboxes, as New Segment. There is some
description about its usage in the manual. Note that the images need to
be in voxel-for-voxel alignment, and not just in alignment according to
the matrices in their headers.
If you use multi-spectral, then you may need to increase the
regularisation used by the warping. With multi-spectral data, there is
more evidence in favour of eyeballs belonging to the CSF class, so the
algorithm may try really hard to squash them into the brain.
