Hi Jacqui
I would go back and write to the specialist for specific guidance on
this drawing attention to duties
and invite opinion on long term implications with a return to work
and possibilities of this with rehab, aids
and adjustments etc.. advise on implications for this to assist
making a judgement on capability to the role
you may wish to work with a physio on this one if you hacve access to
this once all the evidence is available
