My experience of trying to get analysis to fit linewidths is that I could
not get anything sensible. Possibly I wasn't tweaking the right settings
though.
I have no automagic suggestion for this but did manage to feed data out to
Frank Delaglio's nlinls fitting programme to try to fit peak
shapes/intensities for PRE data. The details are in the email list archive
somewhere. In principle this method should allow you to take account of
the effects of window functions etc. in the fitting.
