Invitation to participate to the Information Literacy Research Seminar
2010 at CoLIS 7.
New and experienced researchers are invited to participate in a
seminar on information literacy research. The seminar will take place
on 23rd of June 2010 as part of the CoLIS7 conference in London, UK.
The seminar is intended to create opportunities for examining
information literacy research, theoretically, methodologically and
empirically. Its aim is to strengthen collaboration between the
diverse fields of information literacy research and to identify areas
for future research. The research seminar will take the form of
presentation-led discussions of contributors’ past, on-going and/or
planned research. We are looking for work in progress rather than
papers ready for publication. The focus is on the sharing of ideas and
experiences through discussion.
The application should be submitted by May 3, 2010 to Anna Lundh ([log in to unmask]
) and Ola Pilerot ([log in to unmask]). The seminar will last half a day.
