It partly depends on how actively your site is used - how many pool
accounts are used at the moment? However, 100 per VO does sound low. The
thing you must avoid is running out of accounts with all users active,
i.e. with all those 100 users having running or queued jobs, as you
can't recycle an account until it's completely disused and has been so
for a while. However, in general it's better if you don't need to
recycle at all, as it makes it easier to trace who did what in the event
of an incident, and removes the possibility of e.g. rogue processes left
behind by one job interfering with a subsequent job by a different user.
The maximal solution is to create as many pool accounts as there are
entries in the grid map file.
