Contracts Administrator & Assistant Content Developer ('Who Am I?' Project)
 
Location: Science Museum

Salary: £16,631 - £19,566 p.a. Fixed-term contract until 31st July 2010

Brief Description
The Science Museum is offering a unique and highly desirable opportunity for a 
motivated individual to ensure the high quality of interactive exhibits in our 
redeveloped Who am I? Gallery, by organizing the day-to-day relations 
between the Museum and a number of our external exhibit developers. You will 
support the Project’s Content Developers under the direction of the Project’s 
New Media Manager and Head of Content.

We offer excellent benefits, including BUPA dental and medical cover, a 
pension scheme and 32 days annual leave per annum (pro-rata).

The following ought to be a part of your background: 

- Experience of developing interactive exhibits or similar 
- Experience of mediating between groups of interested parties and stake 
holders to achieve successful outcomes 
- Experience of carrying out research using varied sources

The main areas of focus include the following: 

- Coordinate day to day communication and process between Who am I? 
Project Team and external exhibit developers (ie ‘administer contracts’) 
- Coordinate and assist with exhibit prototyping 
- Research and develop content for the redeveloped Who am I? Gallery & 
website
