Apologies for cross posting

Dear all,
To help us improve our service, Mimas is investigating how Copac is
currently used. We are starting by looking at how Copac is used by the UK
library community as a tool to assist in daily workflows. We're asking how
Copac helps librarians get their work done, and what we can do better to
serve those users in the future.
We would like to hold a small set of semi-structured interviews and are
looking for volunteers to help us with this important research. Interviews
will take a maximum of an hour and can be done face-to-face or over the
telephone depending on which is more convenient for you. Interviews will
take place throughout October and November.
If you are interested in taking part, we are looking for
librarians/information professionals from the following job roles:
a. Inter-Library Loans / Document Delivery
b. Cataloguing (including but not limited to users of the RLUK
cataloguing service)
c. Subject Liaison / Subject Support
We especially encourage volunteers from institutions that are not currently
part of Copac.
If you would like to play an important part in defining the new Copac,
please get in touch if you would like to be interviewed. We'd be grateful if
you could let us know by Friday 9th October.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Lisa
