FSL experts,
From the Forum I have learned that FEAT estimates a number of event trigger
times (resolved at 0.1TR ) from the model and then "collapses" the data for
the events onto the peristimulus plots. However, I am still confused aobut the
time axis. Attach is my result. The duration of the stimuli is 1.5s, TR=2S,
based on your explanation, I should have aobut 8 points.
I also got 55 points from the another study, in which the trial lasted for 90s.
Any suggestion aout this? Perhaps the FSL did not read all the three column
EV documents correctly? How do I know FSL figred out the design I fed into?
