You mean just edit the script or modify few command lines in the program?
After normalizing to the most representative FA target, I would like to
assign my final T1 target of normalization to replace MNI152, but I can't
found suitable options in tbss_2_reg (-T, -t, -n) and tbss_3_postreg (-T,
-S) by searching the web page of TBSS. Can you tell me more hints?
Sorry to bug again. Thanks.
