Hi All,
Hopefully I can shed some light on the difficulties with FEAT on our cluster. The feeds
suite reveals an issue in prestats when nifti_convert_nhdr2nim is called. Here's the
relevant log:
/usr/local/fsl-4.1.4_64bit/bin/fslmaths /ifs/tmp/jpierce/public/for_jen/data/fmri
prefiltered_func_data -odt float
** ERROR: nifti_convert_nhdr2nim: bad dim[0]
** ERROR (nifti_image_read): cannot create nifti image from header
'/ifs/tmp/jpierce/public/for_jen/data/fmri.nii.gz'
** ERROR: nifti_image_open(/ifs/tmp/jpierce/public/for_jen/data/fmri): bad header info
Error: failed to open file /ifs/tmp/jpierce/public/for_jen/data/fmri
Cannot open volume /ifs/tmp/jpierce/public/for_jen/data/fmri for reading!
Total original volumes = 0
Error - prefiltered_func_data has a different number of time points to that in FEAT setup
Another researcher recently pointed out a similar "bad dim[0]" error when trying to run
TBSS. The process fails on line 99 of tbss_4_prestats (with tbss_skeleton called
referencing ${FSLDIR}/data/standard/LowerCingulum_1mm).
I've tested against the same data transferred between my local machine and the cluster,
so it seems fairly certain the issue is with our installation. I'm not certain if the problem
lies with the compile, system libraries, or something else though. How could we best go
about narrowing the issue? I will gladly provide any needed information.
Thank you very much,
Jonathan
