Hi,
This is a Known issue AS-133127-Right-click Save-as prompts user to save ContentWrapper.jsp which is targeted for resolution in 9.0 SP2.
If you can't wait until SP2 is released log a case with your TSM quoting AS-137115, clients on 9.0 Sp1 (HF1 and HF2) may be able to apply a custom patch to work around this issue.
Regards
Garry

Subject: Saving word docs - BB 9 in IE 7.0 - saving as HTML content wrapper
Hi, is anyone else having this problem in BB9 with IE 7.0? Any ideas?
When you right click and save - it saves as an "HTML Content Wrapper" - not the file?
We usually do this;
How do I save a document?
Right click on the document link in your Blackboard page, then select Save Target.
You will now be presented with the usual Word options to give the file a name, and select a folder to save it in.
Tutor Response
That's what I used to do, but it isn't working inside BB.
You have to right click - choose open, then choose save.
