SRG Clinical are pleased to release a new Contract Biostatistician role
with a blue-chip pharmaceutical company in Switzerland. This is
initially a 3 month contract position with a view to renew for the right
candidate. Responsibilities include:
* Responsible for all statistical tasks for assigned clinical
trials or projects in the Immunology and Infectious Diseases therapeutic
area and perform these tasks with high level of independence. For
example, clinical trial design/planning, analysis plan, reporting
activities, exploratory analyses and statistical consultation; from
phase II to phase IV.
* Track clinical trial / allocated project activities and
milestones.
* Interact with the Methodology group as appropriate.
* Ensure timelines and adequate quality of all Biostatistics and
Statistical Reporting deliverables for the assigned trials and project
task.
* Follow processes and adhere to project specific standards as
well as Health Authority requirements (SOPs, Master Analysis Plan,
project standards, and regulatory guidelines).
Reporting to the Group Head of Biostatistics you will posses at least
Masters degree in Statistics (or equivalent degree) and be fluent in
English, (oral and written) with good communication skills.
You will have significant relevant experience including experience in
Pharma or a CRO and expert knowledge of statistical software packages;
especially SAS. Experience in statistical modelling and advanced
statistical techniques like Bayesian methods, adaptive trial designs an
advantage.
