The Department of Algebra, Number Theory and Logic of the School of
Mathematics of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki is organizing
the international meeting *"History of Modern Algebra: 19th century and
later" dedicated to the memory of Maria Panteki*. The conference will
take place October 3-4, 2009 at the School of Mathematics at
Thessaloniki, Greece.
The Plenary Speakers are Prof. L. Corry, T. Crilly, W. Hodges, I.
Grattan-Guinness.
