Hi Andreas,
I've updated the documentation now. Thanks for reporting.
I've reproduced your error. It's not a repo corruption, it's because the 32bit versions of GFAL and lcg-util for the last update are not in the repo and I think the groupfile doesn't like this. More news will follow soon since most of the Integration team is in the EGEE conference. The "good" thing is that this happens when you want to do a groupupdate twice, I mean, now you have the most up to date version of the WN, and if you run a groupupdate again, it's when you get this error. But anyway, of course we have to fix this.
Cheers,
Maria

Subject: [LCG-ROLLOUT] glite-WN updates
Hi *,
according to the documentation gLite 3.2 worker nodes should be
installed via "yum groupinstall glite-WN". How about updates? I think
they have to be applied via "yum groupupdate glite-WN", haven't they?
Otherwise new members of the rpm group won't get installed (glite-swat*
in the last update). This isn't mentioned in
https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/LCG/GenericInstallGuide320#Updates
But if I do a groupupdate right now this fails with:
[root@galaxy11 ~]# yum groupupdate glite-WN

To me this means the repo is corrupt. Other opinions? If yes, will this
