Dear FSL,
I have written a data set, in NIfTI format (single-file .nii) with one
extension, to disk. I tried to view it using FSLview, but the voxel offset
(vox_offset) appears as 352 (via fslhd <file.nii.gz>)... but I know the
voxel offset is > 352 (e.g., 928). I have viewed the file successfully
using MRIcroN and the voxel offset is 928 according to that piece of
software. I can also read it in, using my own software, and display it
successfully.
What do I need to do when composing a NIfTI-compliant file in order to
appease FSLview?
thanks,
Brandon
