Actually, when searching specifically for blogs, I would suggest
http://blogsearch.google.com
(then use whatever search terms seem reasonable). This would
automatically narrow your search results only to blogs without pulling in
other types of web sites.
One blog by a parent of a deaf child with additional disabilities:
http://pipecleanerdreams.blogspot.com/2009/09/for-azaera.html
Via the "Autism Hub" you can find blogs both by autistic adults and also
by parents of autistic children (check for "family member"):
http://www.autism-hub.co.uk/
The aggregate DeafRead.com has many blogs by deaf adults ... some of whom
also happen to have deaf children. I think a few of the children might
have blogs of their own, or sometimes parents will allow their deaf child
to create their own blog post on the parent's blog.
