After discussion, we have decided to close the queues at Glasgow until
the patched SL kernels are available because of
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=518034. For the moment the
CEs remain vulnerable, but there are only a few of these and they will
be monitored closely.
We will probably, however, apply the kernel upgrade as a critical
patch and kill running jobs as soon as it is available.
We are in an unscheduled downtime for 24 hours.
