Dear Wei-Kuang,
What I wanted to see is whether the fiducials and the sensors are in
the same coordinate system and it seems to be the case. So you can do
something like:
D = spm_eeg_load('spm8_LeftDown1.mat');
load MEG_fids.mat
D = fiducials(D, fid);
save(D);
If you can find a way to read the fiducials without Yokogawa software
it'd be helpful but for now you can work like that.
