Hello,
Pickatlas does not interface with preprocessing or Estimation. My
best guess is that there is a function conflict between pickatlas and
some other script. If preprocessing and estimation work when pickatlas
is removed from the path, then we at least know one end of the conflict.
I would then load the pickatlas back in the path, and start removing
other directories (starting with custom and in-house software first).
Once the two directories are known, looking at the file listings in
those directories should help solve problem.

Subject: [SPM] error after adding wfu_pickatlas in the directory
Dear SPMers:
To perform ROI analysis, I added wfu_pickatlas in the directory (I use
Matlab 7.01). Unfortunately, after doing it, every time when I used SPM
to perform analyses, such as preprocessing and Estimate, I always got
the following error
message:
Error running job: Maximum recursion limit of 500 reached. Use set
(0,'RecursionLimit',N) to change the limit. Be aware that exceeding
your available stack space can crash MATLAB and/or your computer.
What's wrong?
It did not improve even though I removed the Matlab from my computer and
re-installed it.
How can I do??
Thanks
