Hi,
You can use a programme called Call Burner. It works with Skype and is mostly reliable though we usually use a digital sound recorder with an ear piece and recording device for the phone, so you can record both sides of the conversation.

Hello PV people
I just wondered if anyone had a good way of recording phonecalls for
research purposes (with the callers prior kowledge oviously!) either
made from landlines or through a computer using Skype.
I'm guessing it'll be a PC but kit for an Apple Mac could be just as
useful...
Many thanks Rick Goldsmith - Catcher Media
