A three-year PhD position in Operational Research is offered at the School
of Computing and Mathematical Sciences of the University of Greenwich, London.

Machine scheduling with non-constant times
The supervisors of the project will be Professor V.A. Strusevich and Dr
Nadarajah Ramesh.
A bursary that covers the tuition fee and includes a tax-free maintenance
grant of £8750 per year is provided. The grant increases in the subsequent
years.
The candidates are expected to have a good degree (BSc/MSc) in Mathematics,
quantitative Operational Research, Statistics, or Theoretical Computer Science.
