Hello,
Lately I'm seeing some errors in the Maxfilter output and I was
wondering if any of you know what might be causing them. I used a raw
data file and used the mne_mark_bad_channels tool to mark the
channels. If I run it with the MaxST extension I get following error
message:
Opened FIFF file MEG002_me5_raw.fif (152 data buffers).
Program died due to signal 11.
Core dump disabled.
However, if I take out the time extension, I get this error message:
[msi@loki meg002_meg]$ /neuro/bin/util/maxfilter -f
MEG002_me5newsave_raw.fif -trans MEG002_me4_raw.fif
