Would it be the Victorian equivalent of the 'sunbed' an illuminated room for
clients to sit in to feel better.

Subject: Victorian Cash register keys
The keys of a Victorian cash register used in the Glasgow Corporation baths
and wash-houses include a row marked:
Bath cubes, Shampoo, Luma, Washing machine, Stall, and Drying machine.
Does anyone know what luma and stall might mean in this context?
Many thanks for any help
Malcolm
