**Social networking in the organisation**
Can social networking make your organisation better at learning, sharing and communicating? What are the issues facing organisations, particularly those in the public sector, who implement social networking applications among staff? Alex Coley from DirectGov will speak briefly and facilitate a discussion on the benefits and challenges. Please bring your own case studies and experiences to enliven the debate.
