Hi,
I'm a bit confused here.
What do you mean by "the first image" or "3D images"?
Each *surface* is associated with a vtk file, and you can
fully control the first one that you load in via the controls.
If you load in several surfaces then I'm afraid you don't
have full control over their individual attributes with the
current version of FSLView - sorry.
