I am familar with Jill's PPI page and ICA.
What I am looking for is purely numerical data from using PPI and ICA. I have
done both and wish to look at more detailed numerical data.
Particularly I am interested in the correlation values of ALL the voxels in the
brain not just activated regions. It seems like this data would be there. I am
under the impression that if a voxel has a correlation value higher than a set
threshold then the voxel is consider "activated". I am looking for these
values. FEAT output seems only the give the maximums for given clusters.

For activation-related experiments, I suggest you see Jill's PPI page
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/Members/joreilly
For resting FMRI, we recommend using Concat-ICA (this is an option in
the MELODIC GUI) followed by dual regression to compare resting
networks across subjects - if you'd like to test out our beta-test
script for this, let us know.
