Hi,
I have just installed FSL onto a Linux (CentOS5) machine that has multiple
user accounts. I installed the software into /usr/local, but through a
terminal where I was logged in as root.
However, to run it from the command line (as an individual user) I need to
insert the following (copied from the Linus install instructions page) into
the user's .bashrc file:
FSLDIR=/usr/local/fsl
. ${FSLDIR}/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh
PATH=${FSLDIR}/bin:${PATH}
export FSLDIR PATH
My question is, can I insert this (or similar) into a 'global'
configuration/profile file, such that fsl could be run by all users, without
having to edit every bashrc script.
Many thanks for any help,
Chris Martin
