Hi Mira. The attached paper ( Developing technology, enhanced, work,
focussed learning- a Pattern Language approach) published and peer reviewed
as proceedings covers, I think, some of the issues you identify. It is
based upon the Ultraversity project that I lead at Anglia Ruskin University
which developed an approach to undergraduate study outlined in the second
paper (Personalized learning and the Ultraversity experience) attached for
