I should have added - we didn't see the JVM issues on our test servers
either.
We have two current fixes for this which we're testing:
1) 64-bit JVM with 4 Gb memory allocated
2) 3 clustered JVMs running on the same server
Both appear to have stabilised things so we're running both in parallel to
assess which provides the best solution but what's worrying is we still
don't know what the root cause of the JVM overloads is - our solution is
simply throwing more resources at the problem to stabilise things rather
than resolve the underlying issue.
