Hi Anne,
Replying to whole list to also cover Felicity's related trainer query
earlier.
The info about our harassment advisers network is here
http://www.ucl.ac.uk/hr/harassment/ - we don't pay any extra but ensure
that the work they do is recognised in their JD, appraisals etc
The trainer we have used for many years is David Quirke-Thornton
[log in to unmask] who is based in Herfordshire. All our advisers
have had training but some not for many years so we will be doing a
refresher course soon.
Best,
Sarah

Subject: Harassment/dignity at work advisors
Dear colleagues,
I am aware that some institutions have a scheme of harassment/dignity at
work advisors as opposed to trained mediators. Could you share
information on the 'job roles' or description, the numbers involved,
honorarium paid? and training provided including external providers if
used.
You can contact me off line on 01482 466333 or [log in to unmask]
Many thanks for your assistance
Regards
Anne
