Contract Statistician - 11 months
£250 per day
An established Pharmaceutical company is seeking a Statistician to work full time at their offices based in the North-West.
You will be involved in contributing to the development, sharing and/or technical support of new procedures, tools or techniques in order that the quality, efficiency or effectiveness of the Group is improved. You should be able to apply statistical techniques in the analysis of data from clinical studies or other relevant
areas and have the ability to communicate statistical concepts to non-statisticians both verbally and in writing
Interested applicants need to hold an MSc in Statistics OR equivalent. You should also have knowledge of statistical methodology and statistical/mathematical
programming. It is an advantage to have knowledge of pharmaceutical drug discovery, development and marketing issues arising in Experimental Design/Clinical Study Design; SAS programming; and experience in appropriate Research/Therapeutic Area(s)
