Well, for pagan librarians, Thoth makes a good Patron (as the Egyptian God of wisdom and the patron-deity of scribes), or Athena (as Greek Goddess of wisdom and culture). Or you could chose the patron deity to the original Library at Alexandria: Serapis....
The original Deity of librarians in Egypt was Safekh: daughter and wife to Thoth, and also the Goddess of history; whilst He invented writing, it was She who used it to record the names of those who deserved to be remembered (interesting, given the recent discussion about gender roles and Librarianship...!)

I have found reference to St. Jerome and St. Catherine of Alexandria as patron saints of Librarians.
But also St. Lawrence has been mentioned. Perhaps we are lucky and have 3 patron saints...
It may depend on your faith....
