Dear Chao,
This problem is covered in 'Converting arbitrary data' section (p.93
of the manual). You will either have to do a little bit of programming
or use the EEGLAB toolbox (http://sccn.ucsd.edu/eeglab/) to build a
proper dataset from your list of numbers and this dataset can then be
imported to SPM.
