Hi SPM community,
I have asked this question before but need some more help:
I have one task and want to know if that task has positive or negative activation compared
to baseline. In the first level that is an F test with a [1 0 0 ......] contrast.
It is my understanding that, in the second level, I take the .con images from a [1 0 0 ...]
t-test and perform an F-test.
The confusing aspect is that in the design module there is no option for an F-test. there is
the One-sample t-test, the Two-sample t-test, etc. So should I select the One-sample t-test
in the Design module and the F-test with a [1 0 0 ....] contrast in the Contrast Manager?
I can have done the latter for trial purpose with an FWE of 0.05 and I get an incredibly high
calculated F-threshold of 228,435,455.00000. Then there is there is the NaN under the p of
the "set-level" results section and a 4 under the c of that section. What does that mean?
