Hello,
We have recently run an EEG dataset through BESA's LORETA application, and
have output files in .hdr/.img format. However, we are unable to view these
raw data in SPM8's display. We get the following MatLab error message:
Running job #1
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Running 'Display Image'
Memory Map: Cannot allocate memory

"/Volumes/data/FRANK/LORETA/ANALYZE/Linearsubject18CorrectedAverage_av.img"

Done 'Display Image'
Done
Is this simply a result of the image size being too big (it is 1200 separate
time points), and would it make more sense to cut it up or compress it somehow?
----------------------------
Interestingly, we are able to view the images after performing FSL's
fslchfiletype to NIFTI format, and then using AFNI calculations on the
images. The experimental design is relatively simple: There are two
conditions, and we are attempting to compare the averages of certain time
epochs between conditions. However, when we set this up as a t-test and
output the con and .mat files, we get the following error when trying to
estimate it:

Any input on to how to remedy the situation would be appreciated.
