**********************************************************
* Aims
This workshop mainly focuses on applications of agent-based technologies
to financial and economic systems so that we can get profound insights
into socio-eocnomic complex phenomena and design methodologies of
socio-economic systems to solve complex problems in terms of agent-based
technologies.
Conference participants will present the latest results of various
researches, and discuss emergent phenomena and modeling issues of
socio-economic complex systems, which will provide further understanding
on socio-economic complex problems with agent-based technologies.
* Topics
The topics include, but not limited to:
Agent-based computational economics; Econophysics; Market-oriented computing;
Artificial markets; Agents in financial engineering;
Computational organization theory; Agent-based experimental economics;
Simulation-based mechanism design; Organization and industrial design;
Electronic commerce; Prevention of finance collapses;
Marketing decision support; Evolutionary games;
Heterogeneous agent economies; Conceptual modeling of agent-based approach.
