I've done this before using fslmaths. There are two different ways to do it:
-subsamp2 : downsamples image by a factor of 2 (keeping new voxels centred
on old)
-subsamp2offc : downsamples image by a factor of 2 (non-centred)
Cheers,
David

Subject: [FSL] downsampling resolution
Hi all,
I've got a set of masks mapped to the MNI152 template at 91X109X91
resolution. I want to downsample this masks and get a 45X54X45 resolution (
4mm X 4mm X 4mm) voxels. Is there a more or less standard procedure to do
this? I've been tinkering with ApplyXFM and Flirt but I'm not getting
consistent results...
thanks all!
Enzo.
