Call for assistance on Country of Origin information on Peru.
Information is required to defend a case, now before IJ Vomacka in NYC,
of a gay man from Peru. He left Peru as a child (no past persecution),
making the case reliant on country conditions. Your recommendations on
experts or sharing insights on such a case will be gratefully received.
