Hi,
I am working on a protein-peptide complex by using CCPN and Aria. While
checking previous mails, I came across following email:
===============================================================================
For using ARIA with a ligand, a similar approach should be used. But you
have also to be able to define an "hetero-dimeric"
system with ARIA. Now, the only way to do it is to import a CCPN project
with a hetero dimers, but I know that a correct import
critically depends on the version of the CCPN set of programs.
===============================================================================
As per my understanding, the way to define hetero-dimer is to name the
chains A, B and so on. Also, the chains will have non-overlapping residue
numbers.
Am I correct ? or is there some other way to define protein-peptide complex
in CCPN?
Thanks in advance,
