Hello Wayne,
it was indeed the analysis2.0.7_intel.tgz version. Nonetheless, I
deleted everything, installed again, and copied the python file to
the python2.5 file. I got the following message:
thorsten@kermit188 ~/Desktop/ccpnmr/python2.5/bin $ sudo cp python /
Users/thorsten/Desktop/ccpnmr/python2.5/bin/python2.5
Password:
cp: /Users/thorsten/Desktop/ccpnmr/python2.5/bin/python2.5 and python
are identical (not copied).
But you already mentioned that they should be identical...
So I moved (mv) the python file to python2.5 and the same error as
before showed up:
thorsten@kermit188 ~/Desktop/ccpnmr/bin $ ./analysis
./analysis: line 9: /Users/wb104/ccpnmr/python2.5/bin/python2.5: No
such file or directory
The python2.5 file looks now somehow messed up to me:

Maybe I should try to compile from source which I tend to avoid.
Sorry, if i's a too stupid and easy thing that I don't get right now.
Best,
