question):

Outer shell Rmerge will always be very high: it's a mathematical thing,
R-distributions of small values are always crap, which is exactly what
Is at the highest res are: small values.
Only I/sigI (and completeness, although it's related) is really relevant
for deciding high resolution cutoff.
