I am very interested in this but I think it would be better to do this when I have collected all my data so I can use this on the course?

Course Details:

2-days  NVivo 8 Training Event – 25-26 November, 2009 (London)

A two-day thorough introduction of the main features of NVivo 8 is shown
using a sample project data. You will have the opportunity on day two to work
with your own data (sample data is provided if you don’t have your own) to
learn how to: efficiently and effectively manage, code and analyse your semi-
structured, unstructured interview, audio and video data sources. How to
structure your thematic node system supported by your chosen methodology;
set-up the demographic information (attributes) to aid profiling your data; use
queries to seek answers to research questions as well as formulate new
questions and explore new ideas; use the NVivo modelling facility to capture
the big picture of your data.

The teaching method is mainly hands-on, supported by presentation,
demonstration, reflection, insightful exercises, discussions, questions and
answers, opportunity for participants to share tips and insights. You will
receive one-on-one clinic session for advice on own project.

The course is designed for the complete novice as well as those who have
used previous versions of the software: NVivo7, N6 and NVivo 2.

Cost
The two days course cost £295.47 Participants receive a comprehensive
training guide, after training support, lunches and refreshments for the
duration of the course.

Recognition for Learning
