Hi,
We have just conducted an audit to see how good our data managers are at typing-in data. Our error rate is 4.6% (23/504 data entry points). I have no idea whether this is good or bad, and am trying to find some references for comparative purposes, and have thus far failed (card punching error rates in Florida elections are not particularly useful!).
So, I would be very grateful if someone could give me a reference or two regarding error rates and typing-in of data.
Thanking you in anticipation,
