On the serious point underlying our delightfully playful, and of course
always tongue in cheek, banter - is there enough evidence /concern about
missed severe bacterial infections that we should be suggesting to our
Colleges that their flu guidance be changed to reflect concern about
missing SBI? I know of two infants with missed SBI, and one young adult
with a missed meningitis. Could we do a straw poll - is it something
that we are all seeing?
Tim.

Agree with Vic.
Nothing like a new challenge to bring on the 'slag off the GPs, slag off
the hospital docs' wheelspin.
